About Low elasticity resistance and high corrosion proof NON-CHROME film

As magnesium die casting product is beneficial in recycling and eco-friendly aspect as a method to supplement the demerit in aluminum die casting and plastic emission, we would like to introduce NON-CHROME film treatment process and used chemicals that developed surface treatment (existing CHROEM TYPE) to respond to it, please refer to the below and give us guidance and encouragement.

1. Characteristics

1) The film itself is high corrosion proof
2) Electricity resistance is good
3) The performance of the film for lower coating extremity is excellent.

2. Treatment process

Material: Magnesium die casting (AZ91D)

Treatment condition: Noisol fat removal medicine #MG-15(45%, 60C, 5minutes) -> washing -> Niosol wanderer #MG-108 (10%, 30C, 50seconds) ->washing -> Noisol wanderer #MG-15(45%, 90C, 7minutes) -> washing -> Noisol film maker #MG-1000(2.5%, 35C, 40seconds) -> washing -> pure washing -> dry off oven(80C, 10minutes)

(2) coating performance

Coating: coating for solvent 2C x 2B (acryl resin total thickness 60μm)

estimation :

(1) 1st clinging check: 1mm checks tape exfoliation experiment (100/100)

Strength of painting film: after hardening by gluing Ø1/2 weight to painting film, then estimate the destruction strength with alcometer after cutting around.

(2) Moisture resistance check: 50'c, more than 95% RH, 1mm Cross Cut exfoliation test after 100 hours(100/100)

(3) Check of boiling water resistance: deposition into boiling water for 1 hour and then 1mm cross cut exfoliation test(100/100)

(4)Salty water spray resistance check: measure blister width of painting film of scratch part after 72 hours ((JIS Z 2371)
